Key Responsibilities

• Responsible to bring the people lens to support business decisions.

Criteria for Selection

• Significant experience in major projects, construction, or infrastructure environments preferably within joint ventures or multi-employer contexts

• Proven experience in a similar role consisting of a white & blue-collar workforce.

• Knowledge of relevant legislation and current HR/IR practices.

• Experience working in a Tier 1 Contractor, Project Delivery environment

Our Central-West Orana REZ transmission project is currently seeking a dedicated Traffic Engineer to share their expertise in our growing project team.

The selected candidate will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of project transport systems while adhering to Australian Standards and Main Roads Codes of Practice. This role requires expertise in assessing and designing complex traffic management plans, conducting pre-planning and risk assessments, and overseeing the progressive stages of long-term projects. As the site is in regional NSW an hour north of Mudgee, the successful candidate should live in the region or in Sydney and be able and willing to travel to site as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing and implementing effective traffic management plans that meet client, community and project requirements

• Carrying out regular inspections of the traffic control measures to ensure that they are effective

• Amending and updating the plans, as required, to ensure that they remain current as the work progresses

The role will serve as an effective conduit between different departments and people to influence, manage and deliver the objectives of the HR function.

Responsible for ensuring that all contractual matters are properly and effectively negotiated, documented and implemented according to company standards. Oversight and management of disputes and litigation as and when they arise.

Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Ensures all quality and environmental aspects of the project are addressed to maintain effective operation and project delivery.

• Ensures that the project teams execute all aspects of the project works in accordance with quality requirements (e.g. all non-conformances and defects closed out)

About the Role

Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Warehouse Administrator to share their expertise within our growing team.

In this role, you will focus on a upload of Packing List and detail within a Warehouse Management system plus support the Logistics team in various aspects of project activity.

Tasks include managing of document processing into a paperless warehouse management system, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing general support to streamline day-to-day operations of the Logistics Group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and report de stuffing, yard/ warehousing and pre transport activities on behalf of project
