Job Description
Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking dedicated Safety Administrator to share their expertise within our growing Safety Team on CWO.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative assistance to the Project Head Office safety team.
Assisting in the development and maintenance of WHS policies and procedures in line with relevant legislation.
Maintaining accurate records of safety incidents, inspections, and training.
Supporting incident investigations and preparing documentation for internal audits.
Collecting and analysing safety data to inform WHS performance reporting.
Developing, communicating, and delivering training on WHS obligations to employees and subcontractors through toolbox talks and safety campaigns to ensure compliance.
Assist with the approval process of onboarding Subcontractors by reviewing Subcontractor WHS documentation to meet project scope and communicating requirements effectively.
Assist with processing and monitoring of project safety costs: purchase orders, delivery dockets, invoices, receipts where required.
Required Skills and Competencies
2+ years' experience in an administrative role (construction / safety / engineering industry experience preferred)
Competent with Microsoft office software and good general computer skills
Able to work in the Sydney office Monday to Friday with a flexible one day a week working from home arrangement.

Job Description
Our Central-West Orana Project is currently seeking experienced Substation Electricians to join our growing Energy Hubs and Substations team.
Working on the construction of new 330kV and 500kV high-voltage substations, you will be responsible for installing, terminating, testing and commissioning electrical equipment that forms part of Australia's next generation renewable energy transmission network. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex, large-scale infrastructure alongside experienced electrical and commissioning teams in a safety-focused environment.
This is a remote project position operating on a 14 days on / 7 days off roster. Bus transport is currently provided from Sydney only, with various pick-up and drop-off stops between Sydney and the Mudgee region. All other applicants within NSW will be required to DIDO (Drive In Drive Out) at their own expense. Please note this is not a FIFO role, and candidates residing outside NSW will be required to arrange and fund their own travel to Sydney or site if successful.
Key Responsibilities
Install and terminate high-voltage and low-voltage power and control cabling.
Install and connect primary plant including transformers, circuit breakers, disconnectors, current transformers (CTs), voltage transformers (VTs), surge arresters and associated substation equipment.
Install secondary systems including protection panels, marshalling kiosks, control wiring and communications equipment.
Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, wiring diagrams, cable schedules and single-line diagrams.
Complete cable glanding, termination, testing and pre-commissioning activities in accordance with project specifications.
Assist with electrical testing, fault finding and commissioning alongside commissioning engineers and technicians.
Ensure all work complies with Australian Standards, project quality requirements and electrical safety legislation.
Maintain a strong commitment to workplace safety, quality workmanship and environmental compliance while working collaboratively with project teams.
Minimum Skills & Qualifications
Current NSW Electrical Licence
Current Construction White Card.
Previous experience constructing high-voltage substations, switchyards, renewable energy projects or transmission infrastructure highly advantageous
Current LVR/CPR certification.
High Risk Work Licence - EWP (over 11 meters)
Current working at heights (within 2 years)
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation.
Experience with cable installation, gland and termination works, protection and control wiring, and electrical testing.
Strong understanding of electrical safety procedures and lock-out/tag-out practices.
Ability to work in physically demanding outdoor environments on a 14/7 roster.
Current Driver's Licence.

The Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Senior Contract Administrator - Construction to share their expertise within our growing Energy Hubs and Substations team. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Administrator and manage subcontracts
Undertake negations of subcontract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project / legal requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
Prepare and maintain accurate contract documentation including change orders and correspondence, ensuring completeness and compliance with project policies and procedures
Monitor contractor performance and compliance with contractual obligations, including deliverables, milestones, and payment terms, and take appropriate actions to address deviations and mitigate risks.
Foster positive relationships with contractors and suppliers, serving as a primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
Identify contractual risks and liabilities, implementing risk mitigation strategies and controls to protect project interests.
About You:
Degree in Quantity Surveying or a construction related discipline
7-10 years of experience in contract administration, with demonstrated expertise in managing complex contracts on large infrastructure construction projects
Experience working in a Tier 1 contractor environment
Good understanding of contract management principles and practices applicable to construction and supply contracts.
Strong proficiency in contract management software and document management systems
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
