About the Role
Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Cost Control Manager to share their expertise within our growing team. In this role, you will ensure accurate reporting of project costs and monitor budgets against deliverables relating to staffing. You will prepare financial reports to support project budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and analyze project costs, forecasts, and Risks and Opportunities (R&O).
Assess forecast assumptions, contingency allowances, and identify emerging trends and issues.
Prepare internal cost transfers and monthly accruals.
Present monthly project cost performance to internal management.

Our Central-West Orana REZ Transmission Project is seeking Electrical Trade Assistants to join our substation team.
Successful candidates will be required to travel and live in Merotherie, NSW on a 14/7 roster, working 10-12 hour days.
Camp facilities include dry and wet mess, recreational activities room, covered sports field, outdoor sports field, gym, medical centre, BBQ areas, community room and an onsite convenience store, in addition to a competitive remuneration package in accordance with the Acciona Construction Australia NSW Transmission Enterprise Agreement 2024 - 2028.

Manage the receipt and approval process for all invoices and outgoing payments in compliance with established policies and procedures.
Oversee the end-to-end processing of accounts payable transactions within the financial system.
Ensure timely payment of accounts payable, balancing business cash flow needs with payment terms.
Manage staff reimbursement claims and petty cash disbursements on a fortnightly basis.
Facilitate the issuance of remittance advices to suppliers and staff.
